Naluri Jantayu Group of Companies successfully organised its Team Building Programme 2025 from 8 to 10 July 2025 at Pulang Resort, Setiu, Terengganu, in collaboration with Smart Builder, bringing together all employees to reinforce teamwork, trust and professional relationships across the organisation. Through eleven structured modules and engaging activities such as Ice Breaking, Mini Tower, Human Wheel, Scavenger Hunt, Combat Archery and Gibberish, participants enhanced their communication skills, leadership qualities, creativity and problem-solving abilities while strengthening collaboration under both structured and dynamic environments. The programme concluded with reflection and post-mortem sessions that reinforced key lessons and personal growth, ultimately fostering stronger camaraderie, improved workplace synergy and a unified commitment towards organisational excellence, in line with Naluri Jantayu Group’s dedication to continuous employee development and long-term success.
