Haji Muhammad Hanafiah bin Haji Sulaiman
Haji Muhammad Hanafiah Bin Haji Sulaiman serves as the Executive Chairman of
Naluri Jantayu Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil
Engineering from the University of Salford, England, United Kingdom. With a strong
academic foundation and more than 25 years of experience in the engineering and
construction industry, he has built a distinguished career marked by technical
expertise and leadership excellence.
He began his professional journey as a Project Engineer at Jurutera Perunding Emas
Sdn Bhd in 1991 before continuing as a Site Engineer at MInconsult Sdn Bhd, where he
was involved in significant infrastructure and rehabilitation projects. Over the years, he
expanded his expertise through roles such as Maintenance Engineer at Daya Urus Sdn
Bhd and Senior Project Engineer at Babena Sdn Bhd, contributing to various
residential, structural, and water supply projects
Beyond his technical roles, Haji Muhammad Hanfiah had also demonstrated strong
corporate leadership. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of Archpac
Corporation Sdn Bhd since 1995, Executive Chairman of Syarikat Bina Brick Sdn Bhd
since 2006, and Managing Director of Naluri Jantayu Sdn Bhd since 2012. Additionally,
he holds a significant shareholder position in Simbol Inovatif.
His extensive experience, combined with his strategic leadership in multiple
organizations, reflects his commitment to excellence and long- standing contributions
to the engineering and corporate sectors.

Ahmad Azman bin Mohd Tajuddin
Mr Ahmad Azman Bin Mohd Tajuddin is the Chief Executive Officer of Naluri Jantayu
Sdn. Bhd., where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s
continued growth and success. With more than 20 years of experience in operations
and management, he has established himself as a respected leader in the Company.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His
career began in the facilities management, serving as Building Maintenance
Operation Manager from 1999 to 2014. In this role, he gained extensive expertise in
infrastructure operations, organizational efficiency, and team development.
Under his leadership, the company has strengthened, embraced innovation, and
delivered sustainable growth.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE (CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT)
Muhamad Azim Wafiq bin Khairuddin
Muhamad Azim Wafiq bin Khairuddin joined Naluri Jantayu Sdn. Bhd. in 2020 as an
Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Executive (Contracts &
Procurement) in 2024, in recognition of his consistent performance and value
contribution to the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM), which gives him a solid technical background and strong
analytical skills. In his current role, he manages contract administration and
procurement activities, ensuring compliance, cost control, and smooth project
execution
In his current capacity, he contributes strategically to operational excellence,
supports sustainable growth initiatives, and reinforces the company’s commitment to
delivering quality and value to the company.
ACCOUNT & CORPORATE AFFAIR MANAGER
Zalina binti Kadir
Zalina Binti Kadir is the Account & Corporate Affair Manager at Naluri Jantayu Sdn.
Bhd., bringing over 18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. She
holds a Bachelor of in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
She began her career in an audit firm in 2008, where she built a strong foundation in
auditing and financial management. She remained in the auditing profession until
2018, gaining experience in financial reporting, compliance, and risk assessment.
In 2020, she joined Naluri Jantayu Sdn. Bhd. and has since progressed into a leadership
role overseeing financial strategy and operational efficiency
With her dual expertise in auditing and corporate finance, Puan Zalina is recognized
for her strategic financial leadership and strong commitment to driving sustainable
organizational growth.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNT)
Romalissa Saralina binti Rosli
Romalissa Saralina Binti Rosli joined Naluri Jantayu Sdn. Bhd. in 2021 as an Account
Executive and advanced to Senior Executive (Account) in 2023, reflecting her strong
performance and leadership potential.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, providing
her with a solid grounding in financial management and strategic analysis. In her
current role, she leverages this expertise to strengthen organizational performance,
drive operational efficiency, and support the company’s long-term growth
objectives.
Her proven track record and commitment to excellence position her as a key
contributor to Naluri Jantayu’s continued success.
ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Rabiatul Adawiyah binti Abdullah
Rabiatul Adawiyah Binti Abdullah is a hospitality professional with a background in
Culinary Arts from Management & Science University. She is passionate about
delivering quality services and creating positive experiences within the hospitality
industry. Through many experience, she gained valuable hands-on experience in
food and beverage service, customer interaction, and teamwork in fast-paced
environments.
Known for her strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to learn
quickly, she is committed to continuous personal and professional growth. With a
positive attitude and dedication to excellence, she aims to contribute meaningfully
to organizations while expanding her experience in hospitality and creative industries.
TECHNICAL & OPERATION DIRECTOR
Ahmed Nur Fahim bin Md. Zamri
Ahmed Nur Fahim Bin Md. Zamri is a highly accomplished construction professional and a graduate of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia with a Bachelor in Building Construction Technology. With over two years of experience as a Site Supervisor, he has managed diverse projects including slope rehabilitation, high-rise maintenance, and infrastructure development. His technical expertise spans site monitoring, safety briefing, and daily reporting, further bolstered by recent experience in procurement and project management. He is a motivated, team-oriented individual committed to professional growth and delivering high-quality results in the civil engineering and construction sectors.
